Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing regarding the above-mentioned order. I will go straight to the matter without further introduction. The order was delivered as promised and on time. Unfortunately, the quality of the flowers received was highly disappointing. I was genuinely shocked when my wife, who accepted the delivery, called me and sent photos of the bouquet. At first, I thought there must have been some misunderstanding. Since the arrangement was advertised as a PROMO offer, I reviewed the generally accepted meaning of this term in the floral industry. One common explanation is as follows: Flower Supply Clearance Flowers are highly perishable. If a florist has a large influx of a specific bloom, such as an abundance of roses or tulips, that needs to be sold quickly before it fades, they may offer it at a promotional price to move inventory. While I fully understand that promotional offers may involve surplus stock, I did not expect to receive flowers that appeared to be already in the process of wilting and suitable only for disposal. A promotional price should represent a commercial discount, not a significant compromise in basic product quality. From the photographs received, it is evident that several flowers were already in poor condition at the time of delivery. This falls well below the reasonable expectations of any customer purchasing flowers for a loved one, regardless of whether the arrangement was purchased at full price or under a promotion. I chose your company because I trusted that you would deliver a bouquet that reflected care, quality, and professionalism.
