The shorter the stem of a flower and the fewer leaves it has, the longer it lasts. Keep flowers away from sources of heat or light. Regularly trim the stems using a sharp knife (not scissors) at a 45-degree angle, about 2-3 cm from the base, to ensure better water absorption.

Am lasat un review deja si am primit si confirmarea ca a fost postat si ca am primit raspuns, dar nu apare nimic pe site. Review-ul spunea pe scurt ca buchetul era ofilit.

Florile au fost in mare parte ofilite - aveau zone uscate de culoare maro in proportie de 90%. Florile fiind albe, s-a vazut de parca erau pregatite de 1 saptamana si lasate la soare. Am dat comanda special cu ridicare cu 1h inainte de eveniment tocmai pentru a ma asigura ca florile erau proaspete. Nu mai aveam optiunea de a reface buchetul pentru ca nu mai aveam timp. In plus, a trebuit sa astept 30 min sa ridic buchetul, stand la coada, dupa o serie de doamne care atunci dadeau comanda si li se pregatea buchetul. Era o operatiune de 2 minute sa iau buchetul si sa plec, putea fi prioritizat fara sa incurce pe nimeni. Deosebit de dezamagitor. Nu ma asteptam ca un buchet de 240 ron sa fie vestejit. In plus, am fost sunata cu o zi inainte de cel putin 4 ori de un angajat Magnolia sa fiu intrebata la ce ora il ridic a doua zi ca ulterior sa mi se spuna ca nu se poate mai devreme de ora 12:00, deci intervalul oferit pe site era 9:00 - 13:00. Ulterior am fost sunata ca trebuie sa platesc cash. Ulterior am fost sunata ca e ok sa-l ridic la 12:00. Toate lucrurile astea puteau fi comunicate intr-un singur telefon. Asta nu ar fi fost in realitate deranjant daca florile ar fi fost fresh.

Va multumim pentru recenzie si ne pare rau sa auzim ca aranjamentul realizat de catre colegii nostri nu va multumeste. Am analizat comanda dumneavoastra si va asiguram ca florile utilizate sunt proaspete. In cazul trandafirului alb, petalele de protectie nu au fost inlaturate. Acestea nu sunt insa ofilite. Rolul lor este de a proteja trandafirul. De asemenea, ne pare foarte rau pentru timpul de asteptare. Vom lua toate masurile necesare in acest sens. Totodata, speram ca am reusit sa ne revansam fata de dumneavoastra, prin voucherul oferit. Va asteptam cu drag!
