Am comandat buchetul de trandafiri galbeni/ portocalii, prezentati pe site, si am cerut sa fie galben/rosu. Culorile au fost cum am cerut, dar buchetul nu arata deloc ca cel prezentat pe site. Are foarte multe frunze late inserate care face trandafirii sa se piarda printrecele, iar folia adougata a fost alba cu buline rosii. Buline??? La un buchet serois? Am incercat sa fac o surpriza placuta finilor mei, dar cu bulinele si cum a fost facut buchetul, nu preaxam reusit. Nu recomand sa comandati flori pe internet, se pare ca in Romania mai avem de lucrat sa ajungem la performanta serviciilor de livrare flori pe care le gasim in alte tari.

Nu recomand.Desi am plasat comanda cu o saptamana inainte,in ziua livrarii am fost anuntata ca nu se poate onora comanda deoarece nu au pe stoc culoarea dorita de mn.

Buna ziua,
Va multumim pentru review, in urma reclamatiei dumneavoastra, v-a fost rambursata suma achitata integral. Dintr-o eroare umana, floristul a inteles sa realizeze buchetul cu alte nuante, fapt pentru care ne cerem mii de scuze. Va asiguram ca cele intamplate nu sunt fapte reprezentative ale companiei noastre si va asiguram ca nu se vor mai repeta.
Va multumim pentru ca ne ajutati in permanenta sa ne imbunatatim serviciile si va asteptam oricand cu drag !
