Sunt incredibil de multumita si placut surprinsa de customer service-ul Magnolia.ro! Cand am facut ordinul, am pus data de livrare gresita si am trimis un email la customer service sa schimbe data. Nu numai ca mi-au raspuns imediat, dar m-au si consultat ca ohideea din poza nu era disponibila si m-au intrebat ce alta culoare imi doresc pentru mama. Mama se plimba prin centru cand au sunat-o cu livrarea, si, in loc sa aduca sticla la adresa de pe ordin, s-au oferit sa o intalneasca in locul unde era in centru! I-au urat La multi Ani, si a fost o surpriza nemaipomenit de placuta. Sunt incredibil de multumita! Magnolia.ro este de acum inainte alegerea nr. 1 pentru livrare de flori in Romania! Multumesc Magnolia.ro! 5 stars!!!
