Florile absolut superbe! Suni sa te asiguri ca va ajunge comanda in timpul precizat ia doamna te asigura de lucrul acesta! Cu 2 minute înainte ca timpul sa expire Primești email in care te anunța ca de fapt nu se va face livrarea in timpul preconizat și ca va întârzia..... very poor custom service!!!! De ce mai alegem slot de timp cu orele la care sa se livreze comanda?! De ce doamna confirma ca livrarea se face in timp?!

Buna ziua,
Va multumim pentru feedback-ul dumneavoastra. Ne pare sincer rau pentru aceasta situatie. Comanda dumneavoastra a fost preluata de sofer in momentul verificarii dumneavoastra insa din pacate soferul nostru a intampinat o situatie neprevazuta de care ati fost instiintata prin intermediul mailului.
Va multumim si va mai asteptam cu mare drag.
