Florile au fost livrate, dar din pacate erau foarte ofilite, parca erau vechi de o saptamana. Ma asteptam la un aranjament cu flori proaspete, nu in aceasta stare. Ar fi fost mai bine sa fiu contactata inainte daca sortimentul dorit nu era disponibil, astfel incat sa se poata face un aranjament cu orice alte flori proaspete. Acest aranjament trebuia sa fie un gest frumos din partea cuiva de departe, dar a fost o mare dezamagire. Consider ca este corect sa primesc un buchet proaspat sau returnarea banilor. Astept o solutie din partea dumneavoastra.
