Ma asteptam ca macar o parte din bujori sa fie infloriti pentru ca surpriza sa fie una parfumata, asa cum a fost intentionata. De asemenea, felicitarea nu a fost scrisa atat de impecabil precum ar fi trebuit, ba chiar s-a facut si o greseala reparata prin ingrosarea cuvantului, care nu s-a vazut prea estetic. Va multumim pentru feedback, intr-adevar s-au adaugat cele mai proaspete flori pentru ca buchetul sa reziste cat mai mult timp. Florile sunt aduse cu un singur transport, astfel incat nu putem sa avem flori proaspete si flori mai putin proaspete.Buchetul contine acelasi numar de flori ca si in retetarul de pe site-ul nostru, adica 19 fire. Majoritatea clientilor nostri le prefera pe cele proaspete in defavoarea celor mai deschise, tocmai pentru ca surpriza lor sa fie mai mult timp indragita de cei dragi. Ne cerem scuze pentru greseala realizata de florist in momentul in care a notat felicitarea, va asiguram ca a fost anuntat despre acest lucru si nu se va mai repeta. Va multumim ca ne ajutati in permanenta sa ne imbunatatim serviciile, feedback-ul dumneavoastra este foarte pretios pentru noi si il vom folosi pentru a realiza cele mai frumoase surprize. Va dorim o zi minunata!

Multumesc pentru promptitudine si adaptabilitate. Bujorii au venit impachetati intr-un ambalaj roz tare frumos. Imi pare rau ca nu ii pot mirosi, ei fiind la departare, dar cred ca miros la fe de frumos precum arata!
