Buna ziua. Am comandat acest Bonsai in ghiveci si am primit o alta planta ornamentala: Lova "Life on Lava". Sunt doua plante total diferite! Va rog frumos sa schimbati aceasta planta cu un Bonsai (Ficus Ginseng in cazul in care nu este disponibil Bonsai-ul) fie sa imi returnati banii achitati deja pe aceasta planta ornamentala. Va multumesc si astept raspunsul Dumneavoastra prompt!
