Va multumim pentru feedback-ul dumneavoastra. Ne pare sincer rau pentru ca sunteti nemultumita de aranjamentul livrat. Pentru ca tinem la clientii nostri, v-am returnat suma achitata si am livrat din partea noastra un nou buchet de flori.
Va mai asteptam cu mare drag si pe viitor.
