Îmi pare rău ca nu pot posta o poză cu acest coșuleț “premium” pe care l-a primit soacra mea de ziua ei. Culorile complet diferite, fără frezii colorate ceea ce a făcut tot ansamblul să arate foarte șters, un altfel de coșuleț decât cel descris, flori rupte. O mare dezamăgire. Am folosit serviciile Magnolia de ani de zile, dar acest cadou a fost atât de dezamăgitor. Dacă aș fi fost sunată sau anunțată că nu există acele frezii colorate aș fi comandat alt buchet, aș fi fost deschisă la alte soluții din partea furnizorului încât să reușesc să trimit un buchet frumos. Magnolia ar trebui să verifice mai riguros calitatea produselor furnizorilor și să întrerupă colaborări cu furnizori care nu respectă standardele de calitate a produselor.
