Foarte dezamăgit. Am comandat buchetul de trandafiri ramificati (versiunea cea mai mare, la 339) mamei mele si mi-a spus ca după 2 zile s-au uscat (nu erau cei mai proaspeți când au fost livrati). Nu recomand, nu voi mai folosi aceasta florărie.

Va multumim pentru timpul acordat transmiterii acestui feedback. Ne pare foarte rau pentru ca ati intampinat aceasta problema. Speram ca ne veti acorda sansa de a va demonstra caracterul singular al acestui incident si ca porpunerea noastra de solutionara va va fi de folos. Va asteptam cu drag, cu fiecare ocazie!
